The Class schedule is as follows:
- Friday at 8pm – Strength Workshop, we will be covering the principles of overload and progression in order for you to get the maximum power and strength in the shortest amount of time in a safe and controlled manner.
- Sunday at 12pm – Conditioning Class, this is not your everyday run of the mill aerobics class. This is a High Intensity Interval Training class that will leave your lungs screaming for mercy as we push your VO2 Max to literally the max!
The location is at Blast Athletics located at 374 Dupont Street, Main Floor. Near Dupont Station, on University Subway Line.

- 5,000 sq.ft open concept space (1,600 sq.ft premium athletic turf)
- (8) TRX stations
- Olympic bumber plates
- 300, 600, 800 lbs tractor tires
- Heavy weight sleds
- Battle ropes and much more!
The pricing for the bootcamp is broken down as follows:
- Drop in: $30
- 5 Class Package: $125
- 10 Class Package: $200
